Service Standards
A high level of service is something PBE Jobbers Warehouse strives to achieve for every customer on every order.  Some standard practices include but are not limited to:

• Orders can be drop-shipped directly to the customer
• UPS next day service is guaranteed on orders received before 5pm
• No Hassle returns – if a product was bought from PBE and is in resalable condition we will take it back
• Customer service personnel are trained to offer alternatives and explore different options when placing orders or answering questions
• Unlike your typical WD, we carry the width of lines including C and D movers so we can receive what you are looking for in a timely fashion
